This Privacy Policy explains how MGM LLC (MGM合同会社) ("we") handles information in connection with Formcatch (the "Service").

1. Information we process

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Form submission data: data that your End Users submit through your forms. We store and forward it to you on your behalf.
• Technical data: limited logs and the submitter's IP address, used for security and spam prevention.

2. Roles

For form submission data, you (our customer) are the data controller and we act as a data processor that processes the data only to provide the Service and per your instructions.

3. How we use information

To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service; to send you notifications you configure; to process payments; and to comply with law.

4. Sub-processors

We use trusted providers to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payments). Data may be processed outside your country.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers.

6. Retention and deletion

Submissions are kept until you delete them or your account. You can delete a form (and its submissions) from the dashboard, or request account deletion by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA where relevant), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. For End User data, requests should generally be directed to the relevant customer (controller). Contact us to exercise rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
